Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders of all products that are in stock within 2 days of receipt of order, UK deliveries will typically take 3-5 working days to arrive from placing your order. Postage and packaging costs are charged by location (Please see below).

If you order a personalised (in stock) item it will be delivered within 2-3 weeks.

Items that are not in stock, can be back ordered and we will let you know when they are ready for dispatch. However, please note that back order can take up to 4 months from order to delivery.  

Your parcel will be sent out by a courier service which will allow you and us to track its delivery. Please also choose the option to set up an account with us. This will allow you to track the order through our system, for additional peace of mind.

Please be aware that some deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
